All workmanship is backed by a 30-day warranty. If anything we fixed needs attention again, we return at no additional labor charge.
Standard hourly rates, published flat-rate services, and materials at cost plus 15%. No hidden fees, no surprises on the invoice.

Process
Send work orders to dispatch@redclaycg.com or through your authorized work order platform with property address, scope, and tenant contact.
We confirm receipt and provide a scheduled date within one business day. Urgent requests are flagged and accommodated when possible.
Our technician arrives, communicates with the tenant professionally, and completes the work to standard.
Invoice issued upon job completion with 30-day payment terms. You'll have a clear record of work performed.
